Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning wasn't working in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. We had to go down to reception with all our luggage to be reassigned to a different floor, only to discover that the switches in our new rooms worked intermittently. It was frustrating to see the hotel was located at the edge of an industrial area, which made it feel uninviting and less convenient for accessing city attractions.

It was just a top selection for a couple of nights in Santa Iria de Azoia with exceptional value. The catering staff were very attentive to my wife’s dietary needs during breakfast, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Definitely consider using the bus for an affordable trip into the city.

stayed at vip executive santa iria for a night and the check-in was super efficient. my room was impeccably clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. it's right by a busy road, but surprisingly, i slept well. the staff even brought a kettle quickly when i asked! plus, i loved that they had a nice outdoor pool.

While the location was decent for a quick trip to the city, it required some effort to get there.
